Brandwatch is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Director to lead our North America based Sales Development Rep(SDR) sales team. As the Inside Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales function, which plays a crucial role in qualifying accounts and generating sales opportunitie.. Responsibilities

    • Inspiring Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing inside sales team. o Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to  ensure the team's success. o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture focused on exceeding  sales goals. 

    • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement inside sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. o Identify market opportunities and define target segments to maximize sales  potential. o Analyze sales data and trends to drive continuous improvement and optimize  sales processes.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales leaders, including field sales and channel partners,  to maximize revenue generation and market penetration. o Liaise with product management and marketing teams to provide feedback on  market trends, customer requirements, and product enhancements. 

    • Pipeline Management: Manage the inside sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring accurate  forecasting. o Implement strategies to accelerate the sales cycle and drive conversion rates. o Collaborate with other departments, such as customer success and product  development, to address customer needs and enhance the sales process.

    • Account Qualification and Opportunity Generation: Oversee the qualification of inbound leads and outbound prospecting efforts to  identify potential sales opportunities. o Establish and maintain effective lead qualification criteria and processes. o Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns  and inside sales efforts.

Required Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, preferably in the tech  industry. 
    • Minimum of 5 years of similar/related experience.  
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's  degree preferred). 
    • Strong understanding of social media management and insights platforms is highly  desirable. 
    • Demonstrated experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in sales CRM software and sales analytics tools.
$180,000 - $200,000 a year
For Individuals based in New York Brandwatch is required to disclose a salary range for this role.
The compensation of range is $180,000 -$200,000 (Base + OTE) is specific to New York however pay may vary depending on a range of factors. OTE pay is uncapped.
