Posting Summary | Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented professional to join University Human Resources (UHR) as Organizational and Talent Development Specialist. The Organizational and Talent Development vision is to attract, retain and invest in Rutgers' staff employees and to prepare them to successfully support world-class faculty and our student population as the university evolves and adapts to a changing higher education landscape. One Rutgers Employee Development (OneRED) is the umbrella under which staff development initiatives are housed within the Organizational and Talent Development unit. OneRED seeks to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through various programs targeting the university's short- and long-term needs. These programs will have a strategic focus and offer multiple modalities for learning. This position works cross-functionally with various teams and departments to understand development and learning needs, skill gaps, and areas of improvement. The Organizational and Talent Development Specialist supports programs and initiatives that drive and support the university wide employee development strategy.
