Job Description
We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our client in Monmouth County, New Jersey! This 6-month assignment with an exciting company is paying between $26-$28 an hour

Responsabilities include and not limited to ;
- Scan, name, anf file paperwork that comes in through the mail, as well as emails and more
- Be the main point of contact when answering incoming and direct phone calls
- Support overall office functions and needs across departments
- Help project managers on administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate company events, including outings

Qualifications;
- 1 to 5 years providing administrative support in an office setting
- College degree is a plus, but not necessary
- Computer skills including Adobe, Microsoft Office, and Gmail fluency
- Organization skills and diligence with tasks
- Strongly detail oriented
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
