Job Description

Macquarie Asset Management is looking for a strategic thinker to work closely with the Head of ETF Strategy. This role will be responsible for supporting the ETF business on all strategic initiatives, from planning to execution, measuring regularly against company goals.

What role will you play?

As an ETF Strategist, you will contribute to key projects that support the strategy, product development, strategic partnerships, and other initiatives for Macquarie Asset Management's ETF Business. You will partner with internal teams on stakeholder engagement and internal communications, including content generation and/or contribution to executive-level presentations for staff meetings, town halls, client presentations, and webinars. You will also support overall ETF governance, including the US and Global Management teams and various regional committees.

What you offer

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4+ years' experience within the ETF marketplace
  • A keen understanding of the US ETF landscape with curiosity and interest in learning about the global ETF market
  • Enthusiastic, adaptive, open-minded, and optimistic with curiosity to propose and partner on driving new ideas
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, across multiple teams and drive project to completion with accurate attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and meaningful experience with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
