Paul Hastings maintains an elite litigation, regulatory, environmental and energy practice in San Francisco.

Paul Hastings LLP seeks to hire a 3rd-5th year associate to join the litigation practice in San Francisco. This practice covers diverse areas: complex civil litigation, securities, environmental, energy, real estate and intellectual property. The group handles sophisticated matters ranging from cutting-edge litigation, the development of utility-scale renewables (e.g., solar, wind, battery) and mixed-use real estate projects, complex regulatory matters, and enforcement defense, to corporate transactions. Ideal candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials and experience in some or all of the aforementioned practice areas. Prior judicial clerkship experience preferred.
The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
