About this Role:

We are looking for an HR Partner (HRP) Enablement Manager to drive strategic business results through the ownership of key activities that drive enablement of Gartner's HRP organization. This role contributes to the organization by addressing our HR mission critical priorities - such as improving HR Partner retention and engagement, developing a strong leadership pipeline, and boosting new hire productivity. Specifically, the bodies of work that are underway to further these priorities include operationalizing a culture of career growth, developing a culture of high performance, and driving talent insights through data. This role will play a pivotal role in the HR Partner success story by designing, building, and maintaining scalable resources, playbooks, and trainings.

What you will do:

  • Support productivity of the HR Partner organization on the launch of new initiatives, process improvements and other changes that impact how they get work done through owning and driving enablement efforts such as designing, building, and delivering scalable resources, playbooks, guides, trainings and change management plans.
  • Help reinforce critical messages, skills, and behaviors by developing the right resources, at the right times, and with compelling tactics for adoptability and continued usage.
  • Gather and deconstruct requirements to scope resources & projects and translate into recommendations on how to build an appropriate, digestible executive ready resources for the HRP organization.
  • In partnership with HR Operations, help address HR Partner enablement needs that surface from different business units and help prioritize them against the portfolio of other HRP enablement needs.
  • Support HR Partner leadership with the implementation of new programs through comprehensive change management plans.
  • Ensure current programs and processes remain supported with the latest and most up to date resources for the HR Partners.
  • Partner with our Communications team to develop and deliver communication plans to the HR Partner organization for process changes / project launches, ensuring the messages resonate with the goal of maximizing adoption.
  • Engage, collaborate, and partner with teams and COEs outside of the HR Partner organization on project, resource or training launches and develop change management plans that impact the HR Partner role.

What you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience, preferably in, Human Resources, Talent Management & Development, Enablement, Project/Program Management or Learning
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to tell a story and deliver key messages succinctly and compellingly
  • An understanding of the roles and responsibilities for an HR Partner and bring this knowledge into all resource development.

  • Ability to oversee multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 92,000 USD - 130,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
